What length sessions are available?

• 30 minute reading: A half hour telephone session is $250 USD. Your session can be psychic, mediumistic, or a combination of both.
• 15 minute reading: If you have urgent questions concerning relationship, finances, career, business, health, etc, Joanne is now offering a new service, "short wait" sessions. "Short wait" sessions can usually be scheduled within 1-2 months, based on availability of these specially reserved schedule times. These scheduled times are for focusing on a particular area of your life, in which Joanne will assist you by addressing your prepared list of questions. The fee for a fifteen minute "short wait" session is $135 USD. Please note that "short wait" sessions are exclusively psychic sessions only, and do not include connections with loved ones passed. You will be asked to prepare five or six questions for Joanne prior to your session. Please do not email your questions before your session. Joanne will address your questions during your session.

How long is the wait for a session?
Joanne is typically booking 30 minute sessions 6+ months out. "Short wait" sessions can usually be scheduled within 1-2 months.

Can I record my session?
You are welcome to record your session, although we do not provide that service nor do we recommend any particular app or service. The new iPhone (iOS 18.1 or later) has a built in recording feature.

Can I have another friend/family member on the call with me?
Telephone sessions are individual sessions - only one person is allowed on the phone for a reading.

Can I use a speaker phone?
For domestic and international calls, please do not use a speaker phone or internet/VoIP due to poor audio. Joanne must be able to hear your voice clearly during the session.

Does Joanne do international sessions?
Yes, but we ask that you initiate the phone call. Joanne does not use Zoom, WhatsApp or any other calling apps. You can use wifi calling to mitigate the cost of the call.

What time does Joanne conduct sessions?
Telephone sessions are available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST. If you are unavailable during those times, please email the office and we will do our best to find a time that works for you.
